Our Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the missed appointment's cost.

Late cancellation fees will not be charged for patients that develop symptoms of illness, and contact the clinic, within the 24 hour cancellation window.

PLEASE NOTE:

fees for missed appointments or late cancellations cannot be billed to your health insurance provider. Insurance fraud can come in many different shapes and sizes, and this is one of them! Any receipts that you receive for a late cancellation or missed appointment fee will clearly state that the amount paid is for a "no show" fee. Don't jeopardize those beloved benefits!
