Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life which could cause you to cancel your appointment. To be fair to all of our patients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following cancellation policy:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment otherwise the full amount will be charged to you.
